Further Details: The surtaxed child welfare Netherlands stamps shown here were issued on December 17, 1925. In the manner of the definitive postage stamps of this time, these three stamps were issued both in sheet-format and in coil-format, with the coil stamps having syncopated perforations Type A. All of them are shown below.
