Personalized Stamps are postage stamps that are printed by a postal authority that includes a picture or artwork supplied by by the customer in the design. Some countries will print the customer supplied designs in labels attached to the stamp rather than on the stamp itself. These are not true Personalized Stamps.

Canada Picture Postage Personal Stamp

    • Known as Picture Postage. Consisted of stamps with blank centers and personalized labels in separate sheets that had to be attached by the customer, from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 onwards, the personalized design was printed directly on the stamp.

  • Norway
    • Known as Special Motives. Limited to approved organizations rather than individuals.
  • Slovenia

    • The stamps have a blank area where the customer prints their own design.
