Since November 1858, a 4 kreuzer tax was to be paid for the importation of foreign journals, tax reduced to half on 1 January 1859, with a 1 kreuzer also due on domestic journals. There are other colours (black, red) for Lombardy-Venetia. This issue has a large crown and a double line frame.
