Gerolstein is a town (7,543 inhabitants end 2013) in the Vulkaneifel district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
It is the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein, as well as the headquarters to a large mineral water firm, Gerolsteiner Brunnen. Historically in the Rhineland province of Prussia.
