- Notes. The first football clubs were affiliated with the Luxembourg Federationn of Athletic Sports Societies (FSLSA), founded 22nd November 1908. The Federation joined FIFA in 1909, and the first international against France was played 29th October 1911 (Luxembourg 1, France 4)
