Overschild (Gronings: 't Schild) is a village in the municipality of Midden-Groningen in the Dutch province of Groningen. The place has 510 inhabitants (CBS: 2020) and the postcode area 605 inhabitants (CBS: 2012).
The current village originated in the second half of the 19th century. Before that, the hamlet consisted of a few scattered farms. The main buildings of the village are the former Reformed Church and Reformed Church and Windlust flour mill.
