Queen Victoria from the A.E. Chalon (1780-1860) portrait. Label VANDIEMENSLAND or TASMANIA (6d - 1sh). Five values (1d to 1 sh) with shades. Those issues are difficult to identify. As the perforation was subcontracted by the Government until end 1871, there are many variations (77 entries in Stanley-Gibbons 2009 catalogue).
