Vriezenveen is a town in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is located in the municipality of Twenterand, about 7 km north of Almelo.
Vriezenveen was a separate municipality until 2001, when it merged with Den Ham. The new municipality was originally named "Vriezenveen", but it was renamed "Twenterand" in 2002.
