Anzegem is a municipality (14,471 inhabitants in 2013) located in the Flemish province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises since 1977 Anzegem proper, Gijzelbrechtegem, Ingooigem, Kaster, Tiegem and Vichte.
The post-office ANSEGHEM opened on 1 September 1874, VICHTE on 24 July 1882, TIEGHEM on 16 April 1895.
