Notes: the stamps in the booklets are as the Skyline definitives of the same date
The stamp designs (views of Hong Kong buildings) exclude the Royal EIIR cypher, enabling the stamps
to retain their validity for postage after the hand-voer of Hong Kong to the Peoples Republic of China in December 1999
