Tournai is a city and municipality (69,593 inhabitants in 2013) of Belgium, on the river Scheldt, in the Walloon province of Hainaut.

The municipality of Tournai consists of 30 former municipalities. Some had a post-office opened before 1910, in chronological order:
- Tournai opened before 1830. It used a postal code 120 with bars (before 1864), and 363 with points before 1874. Sub-office STATION opened on 8 October 1879.
- Templeuve on 1 December 1850. It used a postal code 169 with bars, and 350 with points.
- Barry (-Maulde) on 1 December 1850. It used a postal code 171 with bars, and 28 with points.
- Havinnes, on 1 August 1862. It used a Distribution postal code 132 with vertical bars, and 172 with points.
