Vresse-sur-Semois is a Walloon municipality (2,743 inhabitants in 2013) located in the province of Namur. It includes also the former villages of Alle, Bagimont, Bohan, Chairière, Laforêt, Membre, Mouzaive, Nafraiture, Orchimont, Pussemange and Sugny.

Postal history before 1910

The ORCHIMONT post office opened on 27 December 1858. It used a Distribution postal code 84 with vertical bars (before 1864), and 281 with points before 1874. SUGNY post-office opened on 21 March 1881, MEMBRE on 17 April 1883, VRESSE in 1886. The ALLE relay on 7 March 1899, BOHAN relay on 6 November 1906.
