The so-called "Vienna-and-Berne"-issue.
The stamp motive shows the both photographic portraits (black-and-white) of Emil Beck (1888-1973) (was to 1933 the Liechtenstein "Legate" in Berne (Switzerland)) as well as Prince Eduard of Liechtenstein (1872-1951) (was 1919-1921 "Chargé d'Affaires" of the Liechtenstein Legation in Vienna (Austia)) beside the the Swiss and Austrian flags.
