Was sent by erecting D. Jerónimo de Noronha Tavora Leme e Sernache, at the request of the Irmandade dos Pobres Clérigos. Its architect, Nasoni, contrib for many years to build the great tower of the clergy without receiving anything in return, and only a few years after it happened.
Considered by many the ex libris of the city of Porto, this bell tower is part of the clergy of the Church built between 1754 and 1763 from a project of Nicolau Nasoni.
