Bad Koestritz (DE)

Bad Köstritz is a town (3,633 inhabitants end 2013) in the district of Greiz, in Thuringia. It is situated on the White Elster river, 7 km northwest of Gera; it is known for the Köstritzer brewery and its Schwarzbier. Historically, Köstritz was part of the Principality of Reuss-Gera.
