Bena is a city in Cass County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 116 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Brainerd Micropolitan Statistical Area.

A post office called Bena has been in operation since 1898. Bena is a type of bird mentioned in the poem The Song of Hiawatha.

Late in World War Two, a logging camp manned by prisoners of war was located at the site of an old CCC camp near Bena.
