Manfred Näscher (other spelling "Naescher...") (* 1973) is a Liechtenstein visual artist and writer, living in Berlin (Germany). He works also as private lecturer, designer, and book illustrator. He is member of the Liechtenstein PEN-centre.
Note:
The "PEN" ("Poets, Essayists, Novelists") is an international writers organisation, founded 1921 as British "Club" and based in London (UK). Contemporary is "PEN" an international organisation with centres in 193 member states (+ 11 associated members) and is member of the UNESCO. (numbers from 2019)
