Postal Stationery Card of the German Democratic Republic; 1987; postal stationery card Michel No. P95 to the issue "750 years of Berlin - II"; postcard with an imprinted stamp Michel No. 3075 (10 Pfennig !) showing the Ephraim-Palais in Berlin-Mitte in the drawing by Detlef Glinski; additional postcard motiv with the Marcher Museum (German: "Märkisches Museum") in Berlin-Mitte near of the "Jannowitzbrücke"; This building was errected by the architect Ludwig Hoffmann (1852-1932) (then "Baustadtrat" of Berlin since 1896) in the style of the North-German Neo-Renaissance and was opened in 1908. The Ephraims-Palais as stamp motive was erected in the time 1762-1769 by the then architect Friedrich Wilhelm Dieterichs (1702-1782) for the then Jewish trader, bankier and Royal coin master of the King Frederick II of Prussia, Veitel Heine Ephraim (1703-1775), in the style of the Rococo which also gave this building his name.; mint postal stationery card
