GB 1910 Second Philatelic Congress - Cinderellas

In 1910 The Philatelic Congress of GB commissioned Perkins Bacon to print labels of 12 based on the QV Foreign Bill with unusually a right facing head.

They were printed in 4 colours. They were not valid for postage.
