Hinterweidenthal is a small municipality (1,573 inhabitants end 2013) in Südwestpfalz district, in Rhineland-Palatinate, western Germany.
It used stamps issued by the Bavaria (Bayern) State until 1920 (there seems to be no post office at this name in the Kreuzer period - before 1876).
