All stamps show the official Italian coat of arms.
2 Cent.: The stamp motive shows the head of a gazelle of the species "Nanger granti" (also: "Grant's gazelle" or others).
25 Cent.: The stamp motive shows a typical East African landscape with spaceiously savannah plain, two greater mountains, a central street and shades of head-carrying people on this street.
1.75 Lire : The stamp motive shows the Ancient Rome allegorical statue of the Nile (river) at a fountain at the "Piazza del Campidoglio" in Rome. This fountain was built in 1589 in the Mannerist style.
