80 + 20y & 80 + 20y ~ farmstead and children playing on giant hay bales
- Notes. A surcharge of 20y on each of the 80y stamps was towards relief for refugees following the eruption of Mt Usu.
- These stamps were sold at every Post Office in Japan until August 31, 2000
