Description

On November 18th, 2014 Kyrgyz Express Post as the second designated operator of Kyrgyzstan issued its first stamps and Souvenir Sheet. The first issue is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union. Stamps depict the history of the Kyrgyz postal service, namely the means of postal transportation. The silk screen printing was done with ultra shine silver ink.
