Sham Shui Po (Chinese: 深水埗; Cantonese Yale: Sāmséuibóu) is an area of Kowloon, Hong Kong, situated in the northwestern part of the Kowloon Peninsula, north of Tai Kok Tsui, east of Cheung Sha Wan and south of Shek Kip Mei 石硤尾. It is located in, and is the namesake of the Sham Shui Po District.

Although it is predominantly poor, Sham Shui Po is one of the densest and most vibrant neighbourhoods in Hong Kong. It has a diverse mix of migrants from rural China, working-class families and seniors, with many living in cage homes, subdivided flats and public housing estates. Sham Shui Po has many lively street markets, electronics outlets, fabric stores, restaurants and food vendors. It is famous for Golden Computer Shopping Arcade for bargain electronics and accessories.

Lai Kok Estate (Chinese: 麗閣邨) was built on reclaimed land of the west of Yen Chow Street, Sham Shui Po, located near Lai On Estate, Dragon Centre, and Cheung Sha Wan Station. It consists of 8 residential blocks completed in 1981.

Lai Kok Post Office was opened 1982.10.21 and is currently (Sept.2019) located at: Shops 105 & 106, 1st level, Lai Huen House, Lai Kok Estate, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong [麗閣邨麗萱樓第1層105及106號].
