Roeselare is a city and municipality (58,823 inhabitants in 2013) in the Flemish province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the city of Roeselare proper and the villages of Beveren-Roeselaere, Oekene and Rumbeke.
The post-office ROULERS opened before 1830, it used a postal code 102 with bars (before 1864), and 315 with points before 1870. The post-office RUMBEKE opened on 15 April 1880, BEVEREN-LEZ-ROULERS on 4 February 1901.
