On 24 June the Victory parade was held in Moscow. Prostrate standards of German troops were thrown to the Kremlin wall.The stamp features "The defeated colours", a picture by A.S.Mikhailov (1979, oil on canvas. 165 x 240. Moscow, The Central Army Museum). The text in the left part of the stamp reads "Congratulations on the Victory Day"
