Scherpenheuvel-Zichem (pronunciation: [ˌsxɛrpə(n)ɦøːvəl ˈzɪxɛm]) is a municipality (22,952 inhabitants end 2017) located in the province of Flemish Brabant, Flemish Region, encompassing the entities of Averbode, Messelbroek, Okselaar, Scherpenheuvel, Schoonderbuken, Keiberg, Kaggevinne, Testelt and Zichem.
The Scherpenheuvel post office (named MONTAIGU) opened on 15 May 1877. The Zichem post office (named SICHEM-LEZ-DIEST) opened on 26 June 1884.
