  • Master sheets with all four plate positions, were cut into two separate panes, 1A paired with 1B, and 1C paired with 1D.
  • Plate 1A and 1C markings are in the gutter on the 4c and 35c stamps. They are in the bottom left margin on the 10c (vertical) stamp.
  • Plate 1B and 1D markings are in the bottom left margin on the 4c and 35c stamps. They are in the bottom margin to the right of the gutter on the 10c (vertical) stamp.
  • Quantities sold: 4c - 39,662. 10c - 44,922. 35c - 51,642.
