Zolochiv (UA)

Zolochiv (Ukrainian: Золочів, Polish: Złoczów, German: Solotschiw) is a town (23,986 inhabitants in 2021) and municipality (hromada) in Lviv Oblast of Ukraine, the administrative center of Zolochiv Raion. It is located east of Lviv along Highway H02 Lviv-Ternopil and the railway line Krasne-Ternopil. Historically in the Austrian Galicia crownland. , one of the 78 Bezirkshauptmannschaften (district seats).
