GB 1849 2d Blue Plate 4 TB

TB was re entered twice. The first was late in the imperf period (=State 2) leading to a TRL in the Right margin.
The base became worn.
The second repair was in the very late perf period (=state 3) leading to restoration of the design and a weak T.
