Kollum (Low Saxon: Kölm) is a village in Noardeast-Fryslân municipality in the province Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 5529 in January 2017. There is a restored windmill, Tochmaland in the village. Before 2019, the village was part of the Kollumerland en Nieuwkruisland municipality.
