Cuijk. The sheet steel bull by artist Kees Timmer from Rotterdam was part of the Dutch entry for the world exhibition “EXPO” in Brussels in 1958. For six months, this bull attracted the attention of visitors from all over the world to the Dutch pavilion. Mayor Louis Jansen immediately saw the symbolic value of this statue for Cuijk. The Expo Bull was the emblem of the red & white MRIJ cattle (Maas-Rijn-IJssel), known far beyond the national borders, which were shown and traded in large numbers at the annual breeding day in Cuijk. On the last day of the exhibition, Cuijk sent a delegation of cattle buyers, headed by Mayor Louis Jansen, to Brussels to claim the bull. At the EXPO, the bull changed hands using the time-honored 'handclap' method for Dfl 1500,- between Mayor Jansen and Van Walsum, Commissioner General of the Dutch participation.

Harderwijk. The Vischpoort, built at the end of the 14th century, is the only remaining city gate on the waterfront in Harderwijk. Fish was brought to and from the boats through this gate. The large boats carrying the fish could not reach the shore because of the shallows. The fish was therefore transhipped onto smaller boats. These boats sail back and forth all day long. In addition, the gate also had a protective function against enemies and against the water. If the water got too high, it could be closed.

Harlingen. A one-room hotel in a harbor crane. For decades, the harbor crane has been a welcome beacon for seafarers entering Harlingen. This harbor crane was handed over to the current owner in 2001, who had completed the conversion after almost two years: a luxury one-room hotel, a two-person overnight accommodation. For two years, a large team lovingly worked on the restoration and renovation of the harbor crane. His silhouette still dominates the contours of Harlingen.

Kampen. The Stedelijk Museum Kampen is located in the former city hall of Kampen. The central location in the city center enables a special elaboration of the museum concept: the city in the museum, the museum in the city. The permanent collection of the museum is divided into four themes: water, faith, justice and the House of Orange. They are the pillars that have shaped the city into what it is today. For example, Kampen became rich because of the water, which made trade to faraway places possible.

Weir of Lith. An important link in the Meuse canalization and standardization was the construction of weirs. These made it possible to regulate the water level of the extremely erratic rain river. Near Lith is an impressive complex of weirs and locks. The first locks at Lith were opened in 1936. In 2002 the second lock was officially inaugurated. The old original lock is still clearly visible. Thanks to a number of restorations, it still looks like it did in the early days. Beyond the lock is the Lith weir, which pushes the water up four meters.

The monument is at the location of the "Huis ter Nieuwburg", the palace where the peace treaty was signed. It was built of materials from Huis ter Nieuwburg in 1792 to 1794. The palace was demolished in 1790 due to neglect.
Rozendaal. Rosendael Castle was first mentioned in 1314. The round keep still dates from that time, the large tower, which is the largest of its kind in the Netherlands and gives the castle its striking appearance. The tower is thought to have been at least twenty-five meters high in the past. The diameter of the tower is about sixteen meters! A square house was built against the tower in 1722. A century later several outbuildings were built against it, which included the stables. Then the original medieval castle basically became a country house.

s-Hertogenbosch. The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Evangelist, commonly referred to as St. John's Cathedral, in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch is often regarded as the pinnacle of Brabant Gothic. The particularly harmonious interior is the result of the unity of style that was maintained throughout the building period from the end of the fourteenth to the beginning of the sixteenth century. The exterior, with its generous ornaments, such as the double flying buttresses with 96 flying buttress figures and the reliefs above the windows, provides a striking picture of the decorative instinct of the late Gothic. The Sint-Jan is a building that is completely unique in Dutch ecclesiastical architecture.
Utrecht. The Utrecht College has designated the facade of the Ganzenmarkt 6 building as a protected municipal monument. The LOKV facade is a design by the well-known Utrecht architect Mart van Schijndel. It is the only real example of postmodern architecture in Utrecht and is also of national significance. With this decision, the municipality of Utrecht confirms the cultural-historical value of the building and wants to promote its conservation.

The building, dating from the 15th century, has been extensively renovated and expanded over time, but the facade was largely reconstructed during the restoration in 1960. The building is one of the three visiting addresses of the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden, which was formed in 2019. Vianen received city rights from Willem van Duivenvoorde in 1336. However, the town hall was not built until the early 15th century.
Waterlandkerkje. Waterlandkerkje is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is located in the municipality of Sluis. The village was first mentioned in 1740 as "de Kerk op Waterland, en doorgaans Nieuw of Klein Kerkje geheeten", and means "little church of Waterland". Waterland was a region which was flooded in 1375. The church was established around 1670 by Protestants who went to church in Waterland-Oudeman in the Spanish Netherlands (nowadays: Belgium), but who were removed by force by the Catholics. The church originally stood in Waterland-Oudeman but was moved across the border. The church burned down in 1708, and was rebuilt in 1713. Waterlandkerkje was a separate municipality until 1970, when it was merged with Oostburg. In 2003, it became part of the municipality of Sluis.

Woudenberg. The sheriff (magistrate) of Woudenberg was located in various houses on the Voorstraat. Often in the residence of the sheriff, to which an inn was also attached, justice and meetings were held. At the site of the current building there was a similar house of the sheriff, which was demolished in 1914. The building has been rebuilt on the old foundations and using old material. The building has been used as an office.
Zandvoort. Zandvoort town hall is one of the most striking buildings in the town. Built in 1912 it lies at the heart of Zandvoort overlooking Radhuisplein (Town Hall Square) and was declared a National Monument in 2001. The building could best be described as butterfly shaped with a very distinctive façade using sandstone and decorations in Louis XV style. Over the years the demands on the Zandvoort town council have naturally grown and therefore more space has been required. However, rather than construct a new and bigger building on a different site, the council has opted to build extensions on to the existing town hall. Extensions were built in 1980 and 1995 with renovations to the original building in 2005.
