- Constant Plate characteristics:
- Weakness in the Queens head is often found, giving the cameo appearance.
- Large Crown wmk
- Perforation: 14 (The plate was used for a brief period in 1857/58 for perf 16
- Weakness in the North East square frames
- Main North East Ray of North East square is generally short. (Plates 37-49 & 52-60)
- Most units showing the ⅔ break in East frame (Plates 37-49 & 52-60)
